We want you to love your Vessis, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all un-worn items within 90 days of purchase. Items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Action

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, or return it for a full refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label, place your items back in the original box, and securely attach the label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
